When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 working days of purchase. But sometimes there may be delivery delays due to holidays.

 

How do I track my package?

We will send you a tracking number when your order ships. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package.

 

Why Can't I Track My Order On The Website

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated.

Therefore, if you can't find tracking information about your package, please try in 1-2 days later, or contact us directly.

 

Why Is My Shipment Status Not Updating?

Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Common delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs.

Please contact us if you encounter any problems.

 

What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card.

 

What Is Your Return Policy?

1.Please contact our customer service to request a return.

DOA (Dead on arrival) products:
If the product arrives with damaged packaging or experiences malfunctions such as being unable to power on, please contact our customer service immediately. We will provide free replacement or refund.

Unsatisfied Return:

Our policy lasts 15 days from arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via giftswitholay@toysandkids.shop for more information.

Due to returns not caused by product quality, you may need to pay for return. For quality related returns, return shipping cost is refundable.

Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.

Due to transportation problems, If you think the return is too troublesome, we can bear part of the loss and refund part of the amount.

 

2.Resend:

If the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item ).We are willing to resend the correct product for you.

If the item is defective due to transportation issues (such as damaged items).We can reissue a new product for you.
